Please join SOSHomefront in assisting with the cost of the meal for Soldiers and their families.
Help us raise $3,465.50 to provide 290 meals.
Donations needed to help provide a cookie making station for the children in attendance as well as a photographer to take family photos with Santa.
Interested in providing Christmas dinner or presents for a Veteran and their family? Help us reach our goal of supporting 100 families this Christmas.
Shopping List per meal box (Family of four, larger families will get two boxes):
1 disposable roasting pan (sized for large turkey or ham)
2 packages instant mashed potatoes
2 boxes stuffing mix
2 jars turkey or chicken gravy
2 boxes macaroni & cheese (deluxe cheese sauce preferred)
2 boxes biscuit or corn bread mix (“just add milk or water” varieties)
2 cans green beans
2 cans corn
1 large can (or 2 small cans) sweet potatoes or yams
1 can cranberry sauce
1 boxed dessert mix (shelf stable: cookie mix, pumpkin bread mix, bars, etc.) 1 boxed cake mix
1 can frosting
1 $25 Gift Card to Fred Meyer, Safeway for purchase of a turkey or ham.
Meal Box Instructions:
Pack all of the grocery items into a large, sturdy box and deliver by December 14th.

Please join us in baking or purchasing 1,200 cookies for the Infantry unit based in Gresham Oregon. Cookies can be dropped off to Katrina September 5th-9th. They will be delivered to the Soldiers on September 9th.
